Millville Executive Airport (MIV)
Millville Airport - Millville, NJ

Business Opportunities
In 1995, the Delaware River & Bay Authority, owner and operator of the Delaware Memorial Bridge and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry system, assumed operational control of the New Castle Airport in Wilmington, Delaware.
Recognizing the growth potential of the airport's prime location in the mid-Atlantic region, low operating costs and tax-free status, the DRBA established a separate Airports Division to manage the property and encourage economic development activities. In addition to the New Castle Airport (ILG), the DRBA also is the sponsor for the following airports: Cape May (NJ) Airport, the Civil Air Terminal at Dover (DE) AFB, the Millville (NJ) Airport and the Delaware Airpark in Dover, DE.
Options include:
Ground lease:
The tenant builds and owns the facility, and it leases the property from the DRBA.
Build-to-suit lease:
The DRBA builds, owns and leases the building and ground to the tenant.
